Crunchy Chocolate Shake

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup milk
  • 4/5 scoop vanilla ice-cream
  • ½ cup chocolate cake crumps
  • Any Wafer chocolate (sticks)
  • Chocolate sauce as required
  • 2 tsp drinking chocolate powder
  • Ice cubes 

Method:

  1. In a bowl add milk, 2 scoop ice-cream, 4-5 small pieces of wafer chocolate, drinking chocolate and blend it in a blender with 2-3 ice cubes.
  2. Now in a serving glass place some chocolate cake crumps in a bottom. Arrange some wafer chocolate pieces on that and pour prepared shake on that.
  3. Finally garnish the glass with chocolate sauce & put the vanilla scoop on top & pour some chocolate sauce on that. Finally put one wafer chocolate on top for garnishing.
  4. Serve chilled.

Musk Melon Juice

Ingredients:

  • ½ medium-sized musk melon – chopped
  • 1½ tbsp honey (or ½ tsp sugar can be added)
  • Juice of 1 small lemon
  • 1 lemon slice for garnishing
  • ½ cup water

Method:
1. Grind all the ingredients in a mixer jar till it becomes liquid.
2. Add some ice-cubes and a lemon slice in the serving glass and pour the juice.

3. Serve chilled.

Almond Banana Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas (Sliced)
  • 10-12 Almonds (Soaked in warm water for 2-3 hours & ground to a smooth paste)
  • 1½ cup milk 
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • 1½ tbsp honey (or as required)
  • 1-2 drops Vanilla essence (Optional)

Method:

  1. In the mixer jar, add banana slices, almond paste, cinnamon powder, honey & vanilla essence. Grind it to make it smooth.
  2. Now add milk and grind it again to make a thick shake. (More milk can be added as per required consistency.)
  3. Pour the shake in a serving glass & garnish with honey, cinnamon or chopped almond (roasted in butter) and finally with banana slice on glass.

Thandai

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 4-5 tsp sugar (or as required)
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp saffron (soaked in a little water)
  • 8-10 almonds (soaked and peeled)
  • 8-10 cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp melon seeds
  • 2 tbsp saunf (fennel)
  • 1½ tsp pepper-corns
  • 4-5 rose petals

Method:

  1. In a bowl, soak almonds, cashew nuts, poppy seeds and melon seeds in required amount of water. In another bowl, soak saunf and pepper-corns separately. Soak these for about 1-2 hours.
  2. In a pan, heat ½ cup milk with sugar, cardamom powder and saffron and mix well.
  3. Blend all the soaked ingredients in a mixer with some milk, till it makes a smooth paste.
  4. Add the paste as well as the heated milk mixture in the remaining milk.
  5. Again blend it together in a mixer.
  6. Refrigerate it for some hours and serve chilled. Garnish with saffron and cardamom powder.

Orange-Grapes Drink

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 3 oranges
  • 1 bowl black grapes
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup water

Method:

  • Grind grapes, ½ tsp cumin powder, honey, mint leaves and water together in a mixer. Filter the juice.

  • Mix orange juice with ½ tsp cumin powder.
  • Fill up half a glass with grape juice and ice-cubes.
  • Pour the orange juice too in the glass with the help of an inverted spoon. (Note: This is to make sure that both the juices don’t get mixed immediately)

  •  Serve chilled with some mint leaves on the glass.

Apple-berry Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 large-sized apple (chopped)
  • 6-7 medium fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1¼ cup water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in the mixer cup.

Blend it in a mixer.

Serve the drink with ice cubes & garnish with honey and small fresh strawberry on the glass.

Appy punch

Ingredients:

  • 3 apples
  • 1 inch ginger – chopped
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 1 lemon

Method:

  1. Peel and chop the apples.
  2. Grind chopped apples and ginger together in a mixer.
  3. Add honey and lemon and mix well.
  4. You can add ice-cubes, if needed.
  5. Pour some honey on the top making a circle.
  6. Garnish the glass with a lemon slice or mint leaves.
